Bartender – The Oyster Farm (Cape Charles, VA)
We’re looking for a bartender to join the team at The Oyster Farm—an elevated coastal restaurant with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and guest experience.
We’re building something special here. The vibe is relaxed, the setting is hard to beat (sunsets on the water), and the team is dialed in. At the same time, we run a tight ship—clean stations, strong service, and attention to detail matter.
What we’re looking for:
- Someone who’s comfortable behind a busy bar.
- Good energy, personable, and confident with guests.
- Can follow systems and stay organized.
- Works well with a team (no egos).
- Interest in cocktails, but not required to be a “mixologist.”
What you’ll be doing:
- Making classic cocktails + house drinks.
- Keeping your bar clean, stocked, and ready.
- Taking care of guests and creating a great experience.
- Working closely with the floor and kitchen team.
What this is NOT:
- Not a corporate, scripted environment.
- Not a free-for-all bar with no standards.
