We’re looking for a creative, driven, and results-oriented Marketing Director & E-Commerce Growth Manager to help lead our next stage of growth.
No degree is required.
What matters most is your ability to create, execute, learn, adapt, and produce results.
What You’ll Do:
Brand & Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Create strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for growth.
- Work with creative teams to develop advertising concepts and marketing materials.
E-Commerce Management:
- Oversee online marketplace and website performance.
- Improve conversion rates and customer experience.
- Manage product listings, promotions, pricing strategies, and merchandising.
- Track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor inventory coordination and product launch schedules.
Content & Social Media:
- Direct social media strategy and content planning.
- Coordinate influencer and affiliate marketing partnerships.
- Develop engaging content across multiple platforms.
- Monitor brand reputation and community engagement.
Analytics & Growth:
- Use data to drive marketing decisions.
- Track KPIs, ROI, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and sales performance.
- Identify new growth opportunities and market trends.
- Conduct competitor analysis and consumer research.
Team Leadership:
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, sales teams, and external partners.
- Lead marketing initiatives from concept to execution.
- Help build scalable systems and processes for future growth.
Qualifications:
You may be a great fit if you have:
- Experience in marketing, e-commerce, advertising, sales, or business development.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Creative problem-solving ability.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
